The process was easy, maybe state certain restrictions in a more obvious way so one won't be held hostage at the rental place to pay extra charges.
Got to the place a bit earlier, during lunch time, so the place was closed and there was no phone number on the door or gate to call. Other than that the staff was very professional and helpful.

I was shocked to see that I was charged for a dent on the car's door that was not there upon return.
I used Budget before but never thought I have to take pictures / video of the car after I park just so I have proof that I returned it in the same condition it was when picked up.
This is the last time I will book a car from Budget.

Qeeq was really helpful in gathering the documents which the company never provided so I can file an insurance claim.
I was impressed by the friendly and helpful staff, who did not pressure me re insurance. Their site was close to Bergamo Railway Station and away from the airport. We were collected from the airport and taken to their office - and as we were travelling by train they dropped us at the station at the end of our trip. I would recommend this company and would use them again.
The rental company is dishonest, blaming me for a broken lock after the return. They sent a written letter immediately, which was likely pre-prepared. Avoid this company at all costs.
First, they tried to sell me insurance, even though I had already bought it. Then, the car I received was a very small Yaris. I paid 90 euros for 2 days to upgrade to a Puma. When returning the car, it was raining, and the person inspecting the car kneeled down to check for scratches. They found a barely noticeable scratch on the wheel rim and claimed it was my fault, then took out a ruler to measure it. Returning the car ended up taking half a day, and I had to take a bus to the airport, almost missing my flight. They wouldn't let me go without paying, so I agreed to 50, but when I got back, I received a bill for 130 without any invoice. Really frustrating, very poor service.

We didn't take any extra insurances. We took photos and paid attention to the condition of the vehicle when we received it. We drove carefully and had no problems on return.

Starting to use qeeq all the time for rentals now. So far I am very pleased, no issues at all
Aside from the fact that the rental price was cheap, the staff kept trying to scare me into buying additional insurance by emphasizing the deductible. Just ignore them if you don't need it. Everything else was fine.
It was okay, I rented from them again later for a few more days. The car I got was covered in scratches, probably because it was due for repairs, but I insisted on using the Lynk & Co 01 that I'm used to. Extending the rental wasn't very convenient, as you have to apply and wait for a long time to communicate. Additionally, due to language issues, English proficiency is limited in many countries, so it's best to avoid needing any in-person communication. The fuel deposit the rental company charges is also quite confusing.

We were sold an upgrade to a hybrid electric vehicle - but no instructions on how to do this in ITALY. In fact - no points to charge if you didn't have a local card or account! It was useless and we paid so much extra for fuel economy!
THE VEHICLE WAS NOT EVEN ANY ELECTRIC CHARGE WHEN WE PICKED IT UP!
Drop off was terrible. Rude staff member at parking location. He preferred to help local italian speakers first and made us wait even though we arrived first. he was rude when he spoke. Tried to tell me we had damaged the car - until I showed him my own video that I took on pick up. Took a long time because we were ignored and then he made it difficult.
