Excellent

You have to pack your patience as they are very understaffed. The staff we felt with were good but there seemed to be a few disgruntled customers around us.

All planning for rental say easy rental cars but last sentence in communication said Routes

Everything was perfect except for one thing: The windshield wiper fluid ran out after just a few sprays of fluid. During one drive a bunch of insects hit the windshield and there was not enough fluid to clean it off. I had to stop at a gas station and do it myself.

Routes rental car was great.... but, i was lucky i remembered to bring my own insurance,... otherwise, most likely i wouldn't had been happy purchasing theirs.

Reason for the long delay in getting the car I wasn't a where that they don't rent to Florida residents. The girl at the desk was helpful and explained they would have to hold a $1000.00 on a credit card which I did but not everyone would be able to do that.
