This is the second time I’ve booked at this location and twice they did t have the car I reserved and paid for.
The counter representative was no help.
Routes will charge you less during booking but will recoup their charges by having to book a mandatory liability insurance. When other rental companies will include all necessity mandatory requirement all inclusive during booking.
Very bad! The car I pick up the fuel are not full and I needed to return as the fuel I pick up. But no one can fill the fuel as you needed but only full fuel. So the only way you do is only fuel up more. So they can earn such money. I hate ROUTES.
