Good and smooth service except that there was no staff at the pickup counter. Waited for 15 mins due to staff shortage on pickup time. Otherwise it was fine
The car lacks a reversing radar, which is inconvenient. Although it's understandable that there's no phone charging cable or adapter, a phone holder is recommended. The app did not inform users during booking that an international driving permit is now mandatory; translation documents are no longer accepted. Getting caught by the police leads to fines. The service was very poor.
No one was at counter upon arrival at Phuket Airport. Had to call and wait for service staff to arrive.
Service staff was friendly & efficient though.
