The directions for pick up in the email were not accurate. Could not get ahold of the car rental company to coordinate a drop off since my flight was before they open
Waiting for too long to get a car, when I was driving on the road about 30 minutes I got a flat tire after arriving to my hotel . I called the counter service or someone denied helping me out, service business is very poor, occupation is unprofessional . Service staff should inspect the entire car carefully before handing out the car to customers.
P.S ,. There was a nail in the tire
I was extremely disappointed with not being able to use my own insurance! No where did easycar mention the four only insurance companies one switch accepted. I ended up paying almost double than what I booked.
