The car was not the car I booked. Although new and in good condition, the auto-assist driving features drove me nuts, and I really didn't have the time or inclination to learn how to turn them off, if this was even possible.
The customer service is excellent. AVIS called me an hour earlier informing that they have unavailability at their location, despite a prior booking. But they asked other AVIS locations and drove me to the location which offered me another car.
