I am thoroughly satisfied. This car rental experience was excellent. After arriving at Istanbul Airport, I quickly found the rental service counter following the pickup instructions. The staff provided clear explanations and directed me to the pickup location. The car pickup process was fast, and they informed me of the nearest gas station. After taking photos to confirm there were no issues, I hit the road right away. During the return process, I was given advance guidance on navigating the road near the airport, including instructions for choosing between several intersections, complemented by comparison photos. The staff handling the car return was very efficient, and the process was completed promptly after covering highway fees.
Overall, we were quite satisfied. We rented the car for 21 days and drove over 5,000 kilometers. They gave us a car with over 50,000 kilometers on it, and halfway through the trip it reminded us that maintenance was needed.
The service attitude is really disappointing. Staff were impatient both during pickup and drop-off, suggesting this is not an isolated incident. They showed enthusiasm towards local Turkish customers. While attending to us, a Turkish woman interrupted, and the staff turned to assist her instead, rudely asking us to step aside… This is the worst service attitude I've encountered in over 20 overseas self-driving trips.
