I was very frustrated because I rented a Jeep Grand Cherokee Media SUV because I wanted a strong 6 or 8-cylinder car.
I was handed a Mitsubish Outlander 4-cylinder SUV without any power, in with a noise in the rear wheels that appeared to be damaged wheel bearing.
Very disappointed.
The wait for puck up by shuttle was long and had to wait twice cause not enough room. The line to pick up was extremely long and took forever but for the price its expected.

Awesome, easy to use, great customer service, felt like I was being taken care of. Would use and recommend over and over again.
Fox only had three employees checking people in and it took over an hour to get my rental. The 2017 Dodge Grand Caravans outside appearance was bad with dents, scratches and other damage. The 24 hour roadside assistance and Fox customer service suck. On my last day of vacation, the van broke down. It took over an hour of continuous calling to talk to a representative to get a tow. It took even longer to get a tow truck. I was stuck with my wife and two young children in a not so good area of town where prostitutes and drug addicts were hanging out, but Fox and the 24 hour roadside assistance people acted like they could care less. My family spent over 3 hours before a tow truck came. The final insult was Fox charged me $7.99 per gallon for gas for a total of $99.88 when the van was towed back because it had 3/8 tank of gas. I could go on, but will finish my comments now.

Easyrentcars.com was very easy to book the rental.
We arrived at the airport at 12:10am, we waited for the shuttle until 1:30am. We were told the shuttle was every 10-15 minutes but waited over an hour and there were a lot of people waiting. Once at the car rental office we stood in line with dozens of other people and waited for hours! We didn't get to our hotel until 4;00am and it was only a couple miles away, almost a 4 hour process. The wait was terrible and the first car we were given smelled so bad we went back in for another. We were given another vehicle that also smelled but because of the late hour we took it and drove off. The next day we were driving and my son started complaining he had been bitten. We stopped and pulled over and upon inspection of his seating area found it to be invested with ants that had been biting him. He had quite a few bites and we tried to call the rental center but couldn't get through, the message kept saying they were not available. We were about an hour away on our way to a college tour so turning back wasn't an option. We stopped at a store and bought a can of raid and doused the ants. The vehicle had dirty beverage cans and napkins in the back seat and the seats themselves were dirty! I will never ever use Fox Rent A Car again. This was a traumatic experience from the minute we got to the airport and just continued!!!!!!
The staff was extremely rude and not helpful. Yes, sure, I rented a 7 passenger vehicle but NO room for luggage? At least put this on your specs. I drove to the airport in a Toyota Highlander (2018) and rent a 4Runner with less cargo room? The car was nasty and had not been cleaned.
