The overall experience with Cizgi has been slightly above average. The tyre condition of the car was poor and we had to take some decisions not to take the car in the North of Turkey in the hilly terrains.
The drive and handling was excellent. The deposit back procedure was also poor as we had to go to different levels to get the deposit which was paid in cash back.

Great service. No need for a credit card prepayment. Picking up and dropping off the car was a smooth process with no checks or hassles. It feels like this company is doing charity work, haha.
The car had 5/8 of the fuel tank and wouldnt refund the gas.
They gaveusthe car at 1 oclock at night empty of gas. When asked to get full they wouldnt do it
