Wait too long to pick up the car. Kept trying to upsell to a car we didn’t need. When returned, put the key in the return box and despite me being on time, they don’t process it until one hour later and I was charged $59 for that. Will not use again, not a fair and transparent company
Car met expectations. The customer service during pickup and drop off vastly exceeded expectations. Cannot remember having dealt with such lovely people at a car rental desk in a very long time.

Car exceeded my expectations. Just had a slight wait as they were turning around the car for me. Otherwise was a very smooth process in car collection and return.
