When returning the car, there was no inspection. They just took the keys and told me I could leave. Afterwards, they kept charging my credit card without notification, twice in total, amounting to over 1500 euros. I didn't receive any email detailing the charges either. I had already paid over 12,000 RMB for the rental, which included insurance. I hope the relevant authorities investigate this promptly and refund the charges.
They charged double the price in the end. They charged a full day's rent for exceeding 2 hours and 60 euros for a tank of gas even though I used less than a tenth of it.
The front desk staff's attitude was average. The reserved model, a Benz A class, was unavailable, so I had to switch to a similar Mazda 3 diesel model. However, the car was very new, and its performance was exceptional.
