You need to take a shuttle bus from the airport, and there are no clear signs at the airport stop, making it easy to miss. They pushed full insurance at an extra $15 per day. There are many car models to choose from. There were a lot of people picking up cars, so you have to queue. Overall, it was pretty good as I've used Alamo before and am familiar with their process. The front desk staff were quite good, and the return staff also had a good attitude. However, the pickup staff seemed to have a noticeable bias against Chinese people, which affected the overall rating.
