The store is very close to the international arrivals, making it easy to find. The staff are very patient. It's also very convenient when returning the car.
Completely satisfied with Hertz. While in Australia, I accidentally left the car keys inside and got locked out. The assistance team arrived quickly, wasting no time.
The staff tried to sell us insurance and fuel options when we rented the car. We declined. They also asked if we were going to places off the Great Ocean Road and whether we had prepaid for toll roads. Overall, their attitude was good, but communication wasn't very smooth.
Very good, the service was excellent, they always had a smile.
