Providing customers with the roadside assistance number from the rental company would be even more convenient.
They insisted that I buy full insurance when picking up the car. I refused and they immediately changed their attitude, which was unpleasant. Later, locals informed me that due to the complex road conditions, even minor damage like a stone hitting the windshield would require compensation. Therefore, I will opt for full insurance next time.
