The car that was provided was not as per the reservation; instead, we were given a downgraded vehicle. With a full number of travelers, the trunk was completely packed, making the trip uncomfortable. This was the biggest regret of the trip. In the future, I hope the company adheres to the rental agreement and does not arbitrarily provide any car. There is a payment contract in place after all. If I had known this was going to be the result, I would have rented a seven-seater business vehicle. I'm used to driving SUVs back home and wanted one abroad too. It was more expensive and I was downgraded.
I'm not sure how to rate them. They were responsible yet not responsible at the same time. The rental process was smooth, but there was a small issue when returning the car. The staff inspected the car very thoroughly. Next time, we will also inspect the car thoroughly or take photos as evidence!
The store location is easy to find, and returning the car is very convenient.
