The staff at the pick-up location had a poor attitude and seemed impatient. The signage at the return location was not clear and the address was inaccurate.
Originally planned for five people, but only three of us ended up coming. Seeing there were only three of us, they gave us a Renault Megane estate. Great for long drives, very confident handling on highways and curves.
