The car model I reserved was unavailable, so I was given a lower grade model at pickup. The staff promised to reduce the price, but it was not adjusted during final billing. Fortunately, a local Chinese person helped to get the price corrected. It's disappointing that the foreigners were unwilling to assist.
We picked up the cars at Auckland city center and Picton. The rental process was straightforward, and the staff were patient and attentive to details, making it very convenient.
The service was good, and the instructions were detailed.
