I booked a sedan but got a hatchback. The service was okay, but there were long lines when picking up the car. Just so you know, you don’t have to queue when returning the car. By the way, I ran into a really frustrating issue: I booked a car with this company through Zuzuche in early February and paid the full amount, returning the car on time. But in early May, they charged me $400 without notifying me. Unreal!

They will try to get money in every way possible. Everyone was angry. Shuttle system do not work at all. Feel like a scam.

We should have got a van, as one of our occupants had difficulty getting in and out. Age being a factor. Windshield wipers were not great. Did not handle well on a gravel road. A little clunky with the steering

KIA vehicle has some problem when it climbed high degree road. It was not much power to uphill.
