The supplied car was significantly different in size from the reserved model, unable to accommodate more people and luggage. Reserved a Caddy, provided a SEAT.
I originally booked a Mercedes-Benz B-Class, but was given a Skoda Octavia instead. The difference is quite significant. The staff at pickup had a very indifferent attitude, saying take this one or there’s no car. Upon return, we were charged £135 for a minor scratch, plus a £35 handling fee. It felt like robbery!
