I don't know what could improve as everything was seamless. We added on a fee to go to Esperance a few days after we collected the vehicle-that was so easy, just a couple of minutes over the phone.
Pricing was higher than expected,
244.97 first charge 23/8
505.30 charged before we picked up car 5/10
535.00 when we picked up car on 8/10
Then a credit came through of 500.00 on 19/10 when car returned
Were we overcharged by mistake, please check and report back!
The car was in superb condition, the process of pick up and drop off was supported by their shuttle from the airport. Fully recommended!

Customer service team was very responsive. Managed my flight delayed request well with less hassle upon my arrival. Important to immediately contact their customer service team should you need to do any changes on your booking. Email responses and chat was well managed.
