The car had a warning light on the entire time. Asked the rental company, and they said it wouldn’t affect the drive. There was also a persistent beeping sound, which was quite annoying. Additionally, the left front door was problematic and required extra effort to close properly.
Returned the car on June 17th and was told there was a chip smaller than 1cm on the windshield. We picked up the car at midnight the previous day and couldn't see any damage. Only used the car for one day. They immediately charged us £500 for the damage and said the balance would be refunded after assessment. It's August now, and we still have no resolution.
The service was enthusiastic, patient, and thorough. There was no pressure to buy additional services. The car pickup process was simple and fast, without wasting any time. The explanations were very clear. This is an excellent car rental company!
