The staff in Phuket never contacted me in advance via WeChat to inform me about the pickup details and location. I had to search for a long time, and when I finally saw a bunch of people at the counter on their phones, they didn't seem to be aware of my reservation and had to look it up!
Car was excellent...and there was no hassle while picking up of car and dropping off. however the security deposit of 10000THB has not yet been refunded by yesaway. They said within 30 days of drop off money will be refunded and we did the same on 9th october. Its 11th November now and there is no sign of refund.
The car is what we expected. Pick-up and drop off are smooth and fast.
Checking the vehicle together with the staff. They will tell you where are the previous dent or scratch mark and you took photos first.
They spoke Chinese very well.
Avoid this choice if you have another. Pick up time is very slow, almost 1 hour waiting. There is no pick up counter at domestics arrival hall, you have to walk to International terminal to find their counter.
