Counter staff was very polite. I received whatsapp messages to inform me the shuttle bus services was over and was directed to a youtube video to know the directions to the pickup point. Video was clear and easy to understand. There were lots of scratches on the exterior of the car which can be repaired so as to improve the overall outlook of the vehicle and also for the driver. But the value and vehicle engine works well for my case, so I have nothing major to complaint.

車のコンディションは良好。受付の方も翻訳アプリを使って対応するなど丁寧でした。他の大手レンタカー会社に比べると安い。情報が少なく不安でしたが、安心して利用出来ます。カーナビが韓国語にしか対応していないので、ナビはNAVERマップを利用しました。スマホホルダーが用意されていたのも良かった。
