“Invalid insurance, could not use for rental purpose.”

The car had invalid printed insurance. When I called Routes, they emailed me an invalid digital copy. I had to scrap my plans that day, took photos of the invalid insurance.
The staff at pick up was ok. They explained everything to you.
The car was nice and new. But it was not cleaned before pick up. Dirty windows, dirty on skin.
The drop off process was so slow. I had to wait half an hour for returning the car.
The car was booked and paid for prior to the pick up. When I got there they had no record of the booking in their system. The service lady resolved the discrepancy satisfactorily. This was the second time in 3 months I used Routes and I used it the second time because of very good experience the first time and I would use them again.
