Did not clearly tell me the direction to pick up the car. As a result, I had to confirm with the front desk twice, carrying two heavy suitcases back and forth in the winter.
I booked a Ford Focus, but it wasn't available, so they gave me a small car, a Kia, instead. I prepaid for 35 days, returned the car two days early, but they didn't refund the money for those two days. Poor service.
Service attitude was average, insufficient knowledge about car models. By chance, I got a model that met my needs. There were no snow tires, and the car skidded badly on snowy downhill roads.
The car had the sticker that it had been cleaned and sanitized. I found old food and someone’s discarded flight ticket with written notes all over it. During the time of Corona Virus I expected much better from Hertz.
