The service and attitude were excellent, but the refueling aspect was not satisfactory. The car was half full when we picked it up. The staff suggested that we pay over 100 Euros so we wouldn't have to return the car with a full tank. They also claimed that fueling up through them would be cheaper than outside. We agreed, but it turned out refueling outside wasn't that expensive. We spent less than 40 Euros to fill half the tank. We felt deceived in this regard.
I rented a station wagon, but they only gave me a Ford Focus hatchback (see picture, it's not a station wagon and very small). They insisted this was the station wagon, which was completely unusable for four people. In the end, I had to pay to upgrade. This rental company is quite deceitful.
It was the worst rental car experience I have ever had in my life. Enterprise is nothing but a scam company, which they will steal your money from your credit. On the pick up day at the Enterprise reception desk, they had a such an rude attitude and telling me that I had to pay extra 150 euros for coverage fee which i kept insisting that I do not need. I continued to insist that I do not need any sort of insurance for the car, but the lady at the reception talked her way out forcefully and pressuring me to pay for the coverage fee.
In addition, they told me that my car would be a brand new Volks Wagen Golf, but when I arrived at the parking spot, my car turned out to be average Ford car covered in dust and dirt.
I was extremely upset and furious about this renting experience and I will never rent a car from Enterprise ever again.
