Had to wait in line for a long time. Booked a Jeep Grand Cherokee, but was given a rather average Hyundai on-site. Although it's in the same category, the value for money doesn't match the car I wanted. A bit disappointing!
Rental and return process was very efficient. Great value for money and very friendly service.
