QEEQ made a mistake on the international driving permit translation, which caused issues with the original booking information. Although it's not entirely QEEQ's fault, as I should have checked beforehand. The rental company's staff was very patient while I sorted things out.
This is the 2nd time I've rented from them.
They have relatively new Honda BRX-1 (crossover SUV) for just a bit more than other agencies for a tiny (and sometimes old) Vios.
The car is great for the sometimes bumpy road to the beaches and to get over the numerous hills in Phuket.
To get to the car rental counter, one has to walk to the Domestic terminal and pass through security. It was a bit confusing. But the return of the car is easy. Call them 5 mins before arriving and just drop off the car.
This time around, the wind screen was wiped but with a dirty cloth. It was a bit hard to see through the windows at night and I had to clean the windows to be able to drive safely. I told the staff when I returned the car and the staff was very apologetic. The previous time I rented though, the car was very clean. Overall, I would rent from them again.

Please clearly classify MCars and Ecars on your site . I booked 2 Nissan Almera cars from Phuket and ended up getting 1 Almera and 1 Yaris . We were three families travelling together and really had tough time accommodating the baggage . Still don't understand How Yaris/Brio is of same class as Almera in space..
What I loved is that Chic Car Rent gave us an upgrade. Gave us a very nice car in top condition.
What was a bit cumbersome was the pick up process. Because we had to wait for someone to pick us up from the international terminal to go to the domestic terminal and do formalities. The pick up process took a lot of time. More than half hour. But, the officials at the Chic Car Rent were very nice people and very helpful and courteous. So, overall I am quite happy. Just pick up process time needs to be reduced.

Very nice. No complaints whatsoever. I cancelled one booking to rebook at some other time slot. And the refund was processed in 1 day flat. That was like wow. I never expected such an amazing speed of refund. You guys are amazing...Everything else was also good. Ease of booking, the choices, the price offered. Just too good. Am very happy with ERC. I will certainly use you guys every time I plan a holiday
Since i’m booking for Toyota Yaris but it’s turn out to be Nissan Almera when i go to get the car ..so i’m a litle disappoint. however, the car is new and working normally, so it’s ok
