There were very few people, no need to queue. The rental car hall is right across the road from the arrivals hall, with counters for all major rental companies.

“Stressful to look for charging points that accept credit card payments”

I didn't get a RAV4. There wasn't an equivalent other than KIA EV6. Car was ok but the biggest issue for non US resident is availability of payment for charging. All the charging apps does not allow non US resident sign ups. Only network I found was electrify america which accepts credit card. BUT each charge was more than an hour with the queueing for the lot and then charging. Simply waste of my time and stressful rental. If you are non US resident get a gasoline car.

Worked good for me. Perhaps it would have been better had I had the chance to apply for a military discount on the platform (if there is a way, I didn't see it).
