I booked a BMW Series 3 GT touring edition, and they upgraded me for free to a Volvo V90Cc. They even patiently explained the functions and operations of the car.
Picked up the car at Zurich train station, arrived an hour early and the staff at the counter still gave me the car. The staff was super patient and provided some detailed explanations. Returned the car at Geneva airport, but was an hour late due to taking a wrong turn. The staff receiving the car was very kind and told me to go catch my flight while he helped me locate the car.
Great experience. Although it wasn't the BMW 5 I reserved, I got a Mercedes E200 4WD wagon, which was in excellent condition.
