The car rental company provided a vehicle with old tires. Despite normal use without any collision, they forcefully deducted a 3000 fee from me for tire wear without my consent, calling it vehicle wear and tear.
The service personnel were very satisfactory, they answered calls promptly, and followed up on accidents in a timely manner. The car had been cleaned and was very tidy, but it was old with some scratches and dents. The left front bumper was slightly detached initially, and since we had an accident ourselves, the previous damage was attributed to us.
