The service was very good, but the fees were not consistent with what QEEQ informed. They overcharged by more than 100 lira. A deposit of 15,000 lira was taken.
Enterprise is a fairly reputable company that requires a notarized driver's license. They offer a variety of vehicle models and provided us with a new car that had only 600 kilometers, so it was just out of the break-in period. They even refunded the early return fee, making it a pretty good company.
Overall, it's pretty good. The only issue was that the staff at the store gave different information about the policy and pricing for one-way rentals compared to what was on the website. Fortunately, there were no errors at checkout.

Could not ever get through to an English speaking operator for the customer service numbers provided me even though it was offered on the call menu. Just infinite waits and call was never answered. Also 5 days after turn in and there is still an extra "deposit" charge still on our credit card. Was supposed to be reversed.
