The car rental company's service was quite good, and they handled things in an orderly manner. All the documents and the car pickup process were clear.
Very poor service from the rental location. They exploited the language barrier to add hidden charges, increasing the total cost deceptively. They even swapped my car for a small Opel SUV, which was totally unexpected.
Couldn't fully understand English. After washing the car and returning it to the store, the money I paid for the car wash was deducted from the rental fee. The rental company said that the car doesn't need to be washed before returning.
