The car had an engine warning mid-trip, and it took half a day to find a store that could provide a replacement. Many stores couldn't offer replacement services or home services.
When picking up the car, I asked how to pay for the tolls and was told the car has an E-pass, but it didn't. As a result, I had to wait for a bill for the tolls. Many highways in Massachusetts and New York don't accept cash and bill by mail, which is more expensive than E-pass. I'm unsure how much the toll fees will be now. When returning the car, I went to the shared location for Budget and Hertz at Union Station. The service attitude was indifferent.
The car was old, 40000 miles, the seats wera all stainted ( beige garment ), the carpet at the driver's feet was vey used you could see through it
