AVIS Salt Lake City International Airport Review: American people are really helpful—After dropping off the car in Salt Lake City, I had a flight back to LA. Unfortunately, the GPS led us to a timed parking lot instead of the return lot. With less than two hours until the flight and an iron fence between us and the return point, I couldn’t show my parents how anxious I was. I jumped out of the car and searched for help in the deserted area. Luckily, a staff member appeared after a few steps and, after I explained the situation, she drove us to the correct drop-off point, hugged me, and told me not to worry before running back—such a heartwarming and memorable experience for my parents too!
