The middle-aged man at the store kept pushing the additional liability insurance. Although he made some sense, I explained that I had already purchased travel insurance, including supplementary liability insurance, from PICC in China. However, he kept insisting and questioning in a very annoying and confrontational manner. It was really unpleasant.
At pickup, the counter staff were aggressively upselling various insurances, and their attitude was arrogant and rude, making for a very bad experience. However, the service was excellent when returning the car.
