The location is a bit far from the airport and they don't provide shuttle service. I went to the car rental office after 1 hour of the appointment time. They let me wait almost an hour due to the car is just washing. They also don't have the model I booked (Mercedes-Benz Vito, 9 seats, automatic), so they offer the Renault traffic L2 minibus (9 seats, automatic and large space for the luggage)
