Both picking up and returning the car were smooth. They didn't push additional insurance once we informed them we purchased full insurance through the QEEQ website. The car's condition was excellent.
Upgraded insurance offline, but the staff didn't clearly explain the third-party deductible. The store contract did not provide the policy's wording, making it unclear. In the end, the deposit was deducted due to a third-party claim, and no explanation was given for the deduction.
When picking up the car, I was told that the seven-seater business car I booked was a manual (even though I specifically noted automatic). They then replaced it with a Volvo XC40, but my luggage didn’t fit. The staff who handed over the car had already left for the day, and I was so anxious. Luckily, a kind guy helped me switch to a Mercedes B200, which managed to fit all the luggage.
Overall, the service was excellent. I've rented cars in London many times and tried several companies. Enterprise is one of the best companies I've used.
I'm very thankful for the QEEQ app and mini-program service. The notifications are prompt and very helpful for someone like me who tends to forget things or procrastinate.
