The staff were quite polite, but the deposit was a bit high—700 euros. Initially, the car provided was not the same model as booked, but after we explained that we had more luggage, they switched it to a slightly larger car for free that matched the one in the pictures. Make sure to take photos when returning the car, as the staff didn't remember the existing scratches or dents on the car. They only acknowledged it after seeing the photos and videos, realizing it was caused by someone else.
Few things that I did not like:
- The place does not accept a Venezuelan license despite the license being international
- The person that we spoke to did not speak any English but only Italian which made the conversation painful
- The staff did not explain to us how tolls work in Italy so we paid a ticket because we did not know how they work
The pickup and return procedures at the store were very formal, there were no hidden charges, the staff were very friendly, and they even upgraded the vehicle to a Fiat 500 small SUV.
Extremely satisfied! Highly recommend this company! The car was very new, and it was even the GT performance version!

Everything was fine, but a bit slow. It took quite a while to inspect the car during drop-off.
The process was slightly lengthy, but considering it's a local company, it's understandable. The countryside in Italy is still very beautiful.
