When picking up the car, I was told at the store that the third-party liability insurance only works if the accident is mostly the other party's fault! What kind of third-party insurance is this? If the other party is responsible, they would cover the costs themselves! I was forced to pay an additional 2,500 lira (around 500 RMB) to get proper third-party insurance. Upon returning the car, they used a flashlight on a tablet to examine the car and found a 5 cm scratch on the center of the hood. The rental company claimed the scratch occurred during my rental period. I asked them to prove the scratch wasn't there before, but they demanded I show a video from the pickup inspection instead. After almost 30 minutes of back and forth, they finally reviewed their prior photos and confirmed the scratch already existed, resolving the issue.
I needed to rent a car for 20 days, but on the second day of use, the car's display indicated a lack of windshield washer fluid, so I had to buy a bottle and refill it. On the third day, the vehicle indicated maintenance was needed in 300 km. Because the display was in Turkish, it seriously affected my usage. The rental company's customer service told me that for diesel cars, it might need AD Blue or engine oil, and I should add it myself. However, they did not inform me beforehand who would cover the cost or what brand of AD Blue and engine oil to use. I found a Shell gas station and asked the staff to check, and they said the message was not for adding AD Blue. This caused a whole day of worry about using the car improperly and potentially damaging it.

Fahrzeug im Termial Parkhaus, ca.500meter muss zum Parkhaus laufen, nach terminal eingang wird der fahrzeug nicht gebracht.
fahrzeuganmietung am schalter personal sehr bemüht aber ahnungslos, anmietung über 90min gedauert. Bei Fahrzeug Abholung kein personal anwesend, nach Wartezeit kam dann einer gestresster Mitarbeiter. Bei fahrzeugabgabe selber Situation, wahrscheinlich zu wenig personal.
Wenn die Mitarbeiter Problem beseitigen würde ich erneuert green motion wählen, so wie jetzt leider un-professional.
