The rental company's service was generally good. The only downside was that we reserved two booster seats for children but received one booster seat and one five-point harness seat.
Upon arrival, we were informed that the car we booked online was unavailable. We had to pay extra for a higher-end vehicle and were repeatedly offered more expensive cars.
1. There was no information indicating an additional airport fee of 21 euros;
2. At the airport, I was informed that I was not old enough to drive the specified model, which contradicts the information in the app;
3. When placing the order, it was mentioned that a phone holder would be provided, but there was none upon picking up the car;
4. The service staff had an accent which made the experience very unpleasant;
