Almost all the rental and return staff were Indian. I felt like I was in India. However, the service was efficient and courteous, as expected from Hertz.
No reserved or alternative models were available at the counter. Had to wait for more than an hour for the car to be washed and delivered. The staff at the rental counter forgot to return my driver's license copy and didn't apologize. The service was poor and did not match the HERTS brand image.
Pick-up at the airport and drop-off in the city center was easier than expected. The return process was quick as well, just drove into the parking lot. The car was in good condition, and with full insurance, we had peace of mind while driving.
