I booked a Toyota Kluger, but we got a Hyundai Santa Fe. The size difference was obvious and we felt seriously deceived. We will not rent from Hertz again due to their cold attitude.
The counter staff were very friendly. The Toyota RAV4 I wanted was still being washed, so I could only take the Nissan X-Trail 2.5, which was also good with a spacious trunk.
The process was very quick, and you can buy additional insurance to bring the deductible down to zero, which is very reassuring.
