While I appreciate the service and assistance provided during my rental, I cannot recommend your company due to this unexpected charge, which has left me feeling cheated.

Overall, it's fairly satisfactory. It's a small company with only 1–2 staff members, so processing the paperwork takes some time. The cars are old because it's inexpensive, but the condition is acceptable, and there were no issues during use. They even upgraded me to a 2008 model with over 30,000 miles. Since the cars are older, make sure to carefully inspect the vehicle during pick-up and compare it with the existing damage noted on the checklist. If there are discrepancies, inform them immediately. I found a wheel rim damage and had it added to the form. When returning the car, they checked very thoroughly, comparing it against the checklist for any new damages. It's best to buy insurance for peace of mind. During the paperwork process, they’ll ask about insurance options, and if you're traveling to countries outside of Italy, there's an additional fee. There's also an optional €10 vehicle cleaning fee.
The staff were quite polite, but the deposit was a bit high—700 euros. Initially, the car provided was not the same model as booked, but after we explained that we had more luggage, they switched it to a slightly larger car for free that matched the one in the pictures. Make sure to take photos when returning the car, as the staff didn't remember the existing scratches or dents on the car. They only acknowledged it after seeing the photos and videos, realizing it was caused by someone else.
