Highly recommended, a reputable company with excellent service. No need to queue for pick-up and drop-off, just a short wait for the shuttle bus. Very close to the airport terminal, only a 2-3 minute drive.

I reserved honda fit car but Times upgrades car to toyota premio with same price.
Times did not send a pick up to Matsumoto station as advertised. However they arranged to drop us back to the station in the night.
