No navigation system. Other companies offer free navigation and free car upgrades, but this company downgraded me. I booked a Ford SUV, considering the safety of American cars, but they gave me a Hyundai. When I asked why it wasn't a Ford, they said it's the same category. Speechless.
Picking up and returning the car was extremely convenient, and the upgrade discounts were great.
