I forgot to bring my credit card when I went to the airport to pick up the car. I explained the situation in detail and contacted customer service, asking if I could use Alipay or pay cash at the store, but I was refused. The response was that I couldn't pick up the car and wouldn't get a refund. In the end, I couldn't rent the car and had to take a taxi to the city to rent another car. The company said it was my responsibility and decided not to refund me. Can't the company that collaborates with Alipay accept Alipay as a guarantee? Can't I use cash as a deposit and get it back a month after returning the car? Sigh. A few days' rental fee went down the drain and there was no way to complain. I can only learn from this experience.
The service is really poor!!! I'm speechless!!!! The staff wouldn't answer calls or respond, and as a result, I was forced to pay the full amount. They promised on-site that I'd get a full refund, but later they still charged me the full amount!!!!!
The car condition was too old. During our days in Bangkok, the air conditioning was inconsistent, and the warning light kept turning on and off.
