Before returning the car, they asked customers to notify them 10 minutes in advance... added them on Line... notified them 20 minutes earlier... but when I arrived at the return location, no one answered my call! Extremely difficult to find staff... felt completely helpless when returning the car!
I initially wanted to test drive a Honda City, but they gave me an Almera instead. Fortunately, the car was relatively new and the driving experience was decent. Most importantly, it was fuel-efficient. Thumbs up!
