The car's battery failed to start twice, causing delays in my trip! When I called customer service, they were rude and refused to call me back, insisting I provide a local U.S. number. This requirement is ridiculous!
Overall it was an easy experience with budget car rentals however was expecting a newer vehicle or similar to the one we originally chose.
