We arrived an hour late to pick up the car, and the store had no cars left, so we had to wait for an hour for a car to be brought over. The car had high mileage and poor condition, with the generator warning light on. The store staff said it was fine to drive. We asked for a replacement, but they said none was available. We had no choice but to use this car.
The car was really dirty, there was even a shoe from another person under the seat. The breaks started not to work but in all the country they only have ofices in Kuala Lumpur and in Penang to change the car and i was on the other side of the country so i had to go have of the country with tje breaks broken.
Booked a Bezza, received a Saga. Car was ok but not intent to rent again with this company.
